HOW IT WORKS
Our Embroidery Process
From receiving your logo through to the finished garments, we carefully prepare and produce your embroidered workwear to achieve a professional and consistent result.
1. Artwork & Digitising
Send us your logo or artwork and we’ll prepare it for embroidery. The design is digitised into a stitch-ready file that tells our embroidery machines how your logo should be produced.
2. Visual Proof
Where required, we’ll provide a visual proof for you to check before production. This gives you the opportunity to review the logo, position and overall appearance before approving your order.
3. Embroidery Production
Once approved, your garments move into production. Your design is stitched directly into the clothing using quality embroidery threads selected to complement your branding.
4. Quality Check
Once embroidered, your garments are checked for consistency, positioning and finish. We make sure the embroidery looks professional before your garments are prepared for collection or delivery.
DIRECT TO FILM PRINTING
DTF Printed Workwear & Clothing
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a versatile way to add vibrant, detailed logos and designs to workwear and clothing. Your artwork is printed onto a specialist film before being heat pressed onto the garment, producing a sharp, full-colour finish.
DTF printing works particularly well for colourful logos, detailed artwork and designs containing multiple colours. With relatively little setup compared with some traditional print methods, it’s also a practical option for smaller quantities and mixed garment orders.
HOW IT WORKS
Our DTF Printing Process
From preparing your artwork through to applying the finished design, our DTF printing process is carefully managed to produce sharp, vibrant and consistent branding across your garments.
1. Artwork Preparation
We prepare your logo or artwork for DTF printing, checking the size, detail and overall layout so the design is ready to produce at the required position on your garments.
2. Print to Film
Your design is printed onto specialist film using DTF inks, allowing detailed artwork, fine lines and multiple colours to be reproduced before the transfer is applied to the garment.
3. Powder & Heat Press
The printed transfer is prepared with adhesive powder before being heat pressed onto the garment. Heat and pressure bond the design securely to the fabric to create the finished print.
4. Quality Check
Once printed, your garments are checked for print quality, positioning and finish. We make sure the completed branding looks consistent before the order is prepared for collection or delivery.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen Printed Workwear & Clothing
Screen printing is a proven method of applying bold, durable designs to clothing and is particularly well suited to larger print runs. Ink is applied directly through a fine mesh screen onto the garment, producing strong, consistent colours and a professional printed finish.
Because each colour requires its own screen and setup, screen printing becomes particularly cost-effective when producing larger quantities of the same design. It’s an excellent choice for bulk workwear orders, promotional clothing, club garments and event merchandise.
What Can We Screen Print?
Screen printing works particularly well on suitable T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, workwear and promotional garments, as well as selected fabric bags. It’s ideal when you need the same bold branded design reproduced consistently across a larger quantity of items.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Screen Printing Process
From preparing your artwork and screens through to printing and curing, each stage of the screen printing process is carefully managed to produce consistent, durable branding across your garments.
1. Artwork & Colour Separation
We prepare your artwork for screen printing and separate the individual colours within the design. This allows each colour to be accurately reproduced during the printing process.
2. Screen Preparation
A separate screen is prepared for each colour required in your design. The screens allow the inks to be applied accurately and consistently across every garment in the order.
3. Printing & Curing
Each colour is printed onto the garment through its prepared screen. The inks are then properly cured using heat to create a durable finish designed to withstand regular wear.
4. Quality Check & Packing
Once printed, your garments are checked for print quality, positioning and consistency. The completed order is then prepared and packed ready for collection or delivery.
