Delivery & Collection Information
Everything you need to know about delivery, collection, lead times and larger signage orders from Custom Xpress.
We offer UK delivery across our range of printed products, workwear and selected signage, with free collection also available from our premises. Delivery and production times vary depending on the product ordered and the level of customisation required.
FREE LOCAL COLLECTION
Collection from Custom Xpress
Orders can be collected from our premises free of charge once they have been completed and are ready for collection.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation from us that your order is ready for collection.
We will contact you when your order is ready. Production times shown on the website are estimates and do not mean that an order will automatically be available for collection on that date.
ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES
Delivery Lead Times
As many of our products are printed, personalised or made to order, production and delivery times can vary depending on the type of product and the level of customisation required.
Plain / Blank Garments – approximately 3 working days
Customised Workwear & Clothing – approximately 7–10 working days
Printed Products – lead times vary by product
Signs & Display Products – lead times vary depending on size, materials and finishing requirements
Bespoke Signage – timescales will be confirmed when your project is quoted
Where artwork approval is required, production times begin after your artwork has been approved. Delays in approving artwork may therefore delay completion of your order.
If you need an order urgently, please contact us before ordering. Where possible, we will let you know whether a faster turnaround is available.
LARGE & SPECIALIST ORDERS
Large & Oversized Signage
Some larger signs, panels and display products may not be suitable for our standard parcel delivery service due to their size, weight or the risk of damage during transport.
Depending on the size and nature of your order, we may arrange a specialist delivery, provide a separate delivery quotation or ask you to collect the finished order from our premises.
Having your signage installed by us? Where installation is included as part of your signage project, getting the finished signage to the installation location will normally form part of the arrangements agreed with you.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery Costs
Our standard delivery charges apply to suitable products being sent to UK Mainland addresses. Larger, heavier or unusually sized items may require a separate delivery quotation.
UK Mainland Delivery – £10 + VAT
FREE UK Mainland Delivery – on orders over £100 + VAT
UK Mainland includes England, Scotland and Wales, excluding offshore islands and locations that require specialist delivery services.
Delivery charges for large, heavy or oversized products may be quoted separately where standard parcel delivery is not suitable.
For deliveries outside UK Mainland, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide the appropriate delivery cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Order Tracking
Where your order is sent using a tracked courier service, you will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking information once your order has left Custom Xpress.
You can use the tracking details provided to follow the progress of your delivery and check the latest information available from the courier.
Please note: Larger signage orders, specialist deliveries and locally delivered products may use alternative delivery arrangements and may not include standard courier tracking.
BESPOKE SIGNAGE PROJECTS
Bespoke Signage & Installation
For bespoke signage projects, including shop signs, window graphics, vehicle graphics and custom-made signage, production and installation times will normally be agreed with you as part of your quotation.
Where installation is included, we will arrange a suitable date with you once the signage is ready. Installation times can vary depending on the size of the project, access to the premises and the type of signage being fitted.
Please note: Installation dates may occasionally need to change due to weather conditions, site access or other practical factors outside our control. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.
