The Vortex HD 3-in-1 System Parka is built around a Stormtech HD outer shell with a water-repellent finish and windproof construction. Its zip-out fleece liner can be worn with the shell as part of the 3-in-1 system or removed when a lighter layer is preferred.

Practical features include a stowable hood, external full-length stormflap with snap closures, reflective trim, adjustable cuffs and hem, cargo pockets, a zipped chest pocket and an internal zipped security pocket. The garment also includes decoration access for branded workwear applications.
